1. What
payment methods do you accept?
Current
preferable payment methods are Visa, Mastercard, American Express and Discover
Card. Using your credit card orders are usually shipped within 2 business days.
2. Do you
accept personal checks?
We do not accept
personal checks, however, we will accept cashier checks or money orders.
Please allow at least 14 business days for orders to be shipped on mail in
forms.
3.
Can I order by phone?
We
will accept FAX orders, be sure you carefully check all the
information and have all your credit card information filled in. On all mail
in and fax orders please allow up to14 business days for orders to be shipped.
4.
Do you charge taxes on purchases?
Orders
shipped to California and Arizona have a sales tax added; any other state -
there is no sales tax.
5.
Do you have a money back guarantee?
We have
a 30 day limited warranty on the products we sell. If your product has been
opened and used, we cannot issue a refund for your order. If you receive an
order that is defective upon receipt we can replace it with the same item or
give you a refund. Shipping charges are not refundable.
6.
How do I know if an item is in stock?
Our
inventory is kept in real time from our local inventory system. You will be
notified after the order is placed if an item is out of stock

If I do place an order, and it is out of stock, do I get a refund?
If
this occurs, you will be notified by email and have the option of back order
or your account will be credited.
8.
If an item is out of stock, how long does it take for the item to become
available again?
We
usually have 95% of stocked products available at any given time. Occassionaly
out of stocks do occur and are usually back in stock within 3-4 weeks.
9.
What happens if the item I order is discontinued?
You will
be first notified by email and then your credit card will be refunded a credit.
10.
How many days will it take for delivery?
Delivery
should be within 7 to 10 days after the order is placed. The exception
to this is if the order is a fax or mail in. If there is a delay, you will be
notified.
11.
. What is your return policy?
We
offer a 15 day return policy. If you do not like your item within that time,
you may return it. If an item is opened/used; at our discretion, we may charge
a restocking fee on you return. Shipping charges are not refundable.
12.
What are the shipping methods offered?
We
generally ship via UPS ground. Some of our items contain compressed liquids
and/or air, which cannot be expressed delivered, all items must be shipped via
ground methods. Orders usually arrive within 7-8 days after an order is
placed. Rush orders may be shipped by DHL, we will ship the best way to be
sure you receive your package. We will also email you with the tracking
information.
13.
Do you ship overseas?
Not at
this time. Currently we ship within the continental United States; Alaska and
Hawaii have special shipping rates as we can not ground ship there. We do not
ship international orders.
